Rental price + electricity, water, internet. Furthermore, 1 time a week comes a gardener / pool keeper which costs 150 € per month. So you do not need to worry about anything else. Rental deposit: 5,000 € due upon signing the contract.

Brokerage commission: 1 month rent + IVA due upon signing the contract.

We can also provide you with a cleaning lady.

2 months rent deposit. This will be refunded after the end of the contract period and after settlement of all additional costs.

El Toro is located in the southwest of the island only 20 minutes by car from Palma and about 30 minutes by car from the airport. El Toro is especially known for the new marina "Port Adriano". The expansion of the exclusive port was completed in 2012. The place offers next to the harbor a beautiful sandy beach, shopping, bars, restaurants and a 5 star hotel.
