Llucmajor is located in the south-east of Mallorca and about a 15-minute drive from the capital Palma. The beautiful town has retained much of its originality, but offers many stylish stores, supermarkets, bakeries and handicrafts, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants. Once a week there is a market in Llucmajor where you can find everything your heart desires as well as lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. The airport can be reached in 10 minutes, ensuring a comfortable journey.

The finca is located behind Llucmajor on the way to Es Trenc beach. This can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest German/international school EUROCAMPOS is located in Arenal and can also be reached in 15 to 20 minutes (good connection via the highwayI)
